Erich Heuschele (SRT division) makes appearance on Speed TV!

Erich Heuschele (pictured at right with Ralph Gilles) of Chrysler's SRT performance division, made a television appearance on Speed TV's Test Drive: Dodge Challenger SRT8 yesterday evening.

Heuschele spoke briefly about the research and design aspects of the reborn muscle car, and presented himself on TV in the same fashion that he does in real-life; a down-to-earth, walking automotive encyclopedia, eager to share his knowledge with the world.

The show also featured appearances by celebrities Jay Leno and Carmen Electra, both of which spoke highly of the Challenger SRT8.

If you missed it (or didn't have the chance to tivo the show like some of us did), Speed TV will be airing the show again on October 10, 2008 at 10:30 pm EST.

This is true "must see TV' for any gear head, automotive buff, or Challenger fanatic.

To be honest, I don't give a rip what Carmen Electra thinks of the car. Don't get me wrong..........it's refreshing to see another female interested in the hobby. But the technical aspect of the show far outweighs the guest appearances, IMO.
